    If you needed any more proof that these two are subversives and traitors like their Confederate brethren before them, there you go. Not only do they not believe in America, they don't believe in voting because they have a bunch of grievances that only exist on Fox News and magically disappear in court.

    Informative. I'd like to add that because Paxton's suit is a hodgepodge of failed legal arguments already ruled against in other courts, one cannot simply combine them all together and think SCOTUS will decide to hear it on its dumb merits. That's not how it works. Okay, maybe Alito and Thomas will vote to hear they believe in hearing all Original Jurisdiction filings, but they're just crazy like that. SCOTUS would never hear any appeals cases if they followed Alito's and Thomas' lead there.

    Agree, but not sure what anyone can do with the information other than humiliate them when they try to bring up any real complaint in the future. "Okay but aren't you one of the people who signed onto the crooked TX AG's attempt to rip up our constitution? One of those guys, right? So... why should anyone listen to you? I'm talking about for the rest of your life on earth."

    They see no real downside, which is pretty sad. They just get to throw some red meat to their districts and help themselves get re-elected in 2022.

    A great example of how our democracy is broken, will continue to be so, and how people seeking power will continue to exploit it. The country is really in deep ****. We need structural changes in how our government operates and changes in how elections work. We need more than a two party system to represent the people and their interests. Biden may have been the guy who could defeat Trump but he's not the guy who is going to lead the types of changes we desperately need. We're going to beat back these crooks and traitors but they'll be back and they'll have learned a great deal from this failed coup.
