    How would the red states survive? They’d all be broke and begging for blue state handouts.

    even in places like TX, if u removed the Democratic cities like Austin, Houston, and Dallas, TX is nothing and might as well be Alabama or Mississippi

    How would 2 different leaders with different values and operating under different rules and laws share 1 military?

    Well this is embarrassing but I suppose it is reality and we should face it. Also to those advocating these states split from the USA.... nope, try it and we will protect the fine people in the cities that actually are educated and employed... maybe we can shove all the “secessionists” into Alaska where they can compensate for their small dicks by shooting each other over property lines and fight over who has the biggest “Don’t tread on me” flag on their trailer.

    In all seriousness.... YOU LOST... deal with it.... and that is only directed at the losers that support this lawsuit.

    Basically this. Let the red states secede. Let them shrink government and cut their taxes down to nothing and see how well they can pay for roads, hospitals, schools, etc. Since the government shouldn’t control healthcare then let them opt out of Medicare and Medicaid. Less taxes for them too score! Also ERs should no longer treat you if you can’t pay. That’s socialism you know. Finally why should they pay for military? They have guns and Come and Take It! flags let them defend themselves. Shoot now there is no need for taxes at all!

    Caveat Emptor and Randian philosophy should rule in the new conservative mecca. No need for EPA, FDA, any of those regulatory job killing agencies. Let businesses sell rat poison as chocolate and if people want to eat it that’s their freedom talking damnit! No more masks, vaccines or fluoridation either! People should be dying at age 45 like the good old days!

    It will be glorious making America Great Again.

    They are actually legally challenging something... this is not some take on democracy movement... this is about our republic and states being in violation of the law. You can't have states mishandling elections... it affects all of us.

    OK, well... it's a legal case which is, apart from the paper it's written on, an abstract (non-physical) concept. It's not actually something that came from a horses rectum because for one this basic reasoning. There are other reasons, but that is the Top reason.

    the funny thing is that the right wing will be most in favor of secession not realizing a red state nation would immediately be 1 of the dumbest in the world and would die a quick death...they can get ruled by their low IQ dictator in Trump and continue to reject things like science and being educated

    TX would be redrawn so that red state nation can have all those rural areas that have nothing going for them while the democratic cities come over to the blue side where they belong

    blue state nation would have far more GDP, it wouldn’t even be close...blue state nation would have all the best minds...blue state nation would have allies like the UK and Canada while red state can go link up with Russia
