    i have skinny legs and i suck at squats to me because i don't squat but maybe once every 3 months and i start with 225 also thats not alot.

    Do you know that all male weight lifting world champions are routinely shorter than 5'6"?

    Have you ever seen a 6' weight lifting world champion?

    The one thing I can't believe is that they haven't created custom weight benches for these super tall NBA players. It seems counterproductive to use that too short bench in the picture.

    they definitely should and maybe have... it's just this picture was taken in xinjiang... which is the oh yes wyoming of China... they don't have a pro team there, so probably don't have the special equipment on hand.
