ummm.. downsize your house and car would help. Sometime i get credit card offers with low interest balance transfer (or they send you a blank check) and also give a high limit.
Here is my suggestion: open a savings account, deposit $500 a month to that account, at the end of 12 months, take the $6000 and pay your family&friends. Rinse and repeat until you pay all of them off, it's not that hard and it's much more easily attained than trying to borrow money from banks!
