Any chance of RoseAnne Rogers hooking me up with an intern instead of Raheel? I am way better looking then him and have better shallow stuff to attract them with.

A Vangundleberrie is a fat Jeff Van Gundy look-a-like which equals DaDakota.

Ouch, you cut me, cut me deep.

    ;)

For the record, a VanGundleBerry is a hanger on, a VanGundleMort Dingleberry.

Someone who has not let go of him as the coach of the Rockets.

Wait, who has no sense of humor?

We missed you in the Mike Harris thread, you sort of dissappeared.

Good, everyone needs a laugh......just enjoy the streak Stoke, and realize that the team is better this year than last because the players are better and the coaching is better.....

    Right?

    ;)

I hope you are wrong, but it bugs me that he does that too....Harris can play though, and as he gets more comfortable he will get more minutes.

LOL, you just can't get JVG out of your head. It's good that he's had a lasting impact on you, really, it is. :)

Credit the offense to Adelman - but the Defense has to go to JVG. Had JVG been brought to the Sacramento Kings, perhaps they too would have been a greater team.

I think have JVG followed by Adelman turned out to be a real boon for us - making us strong on both ends of the court. That doesn't mean Adelman is a better coach, just that he was the right choice at the right time.

    PROPS TO CLUTCH....

Today I called in and we talked about Rafer and whether he would be able to maintain that plus 40% field goal percentage, and +34% 3pt percentage.

Clutch said he expected Rafer to bounce back and it was discussed that it was because of the freedom he has on the floor as to why he is flourishing.

Agree 100%.....the proof is in the hotdog !!

    Way to go CLUTCH !

    anyway

i just want to know what you think about our future, how far will we go? are we going to past the 1st round? semifinals? i have a strong feeling we are going to get past the 1st round and maybe be in the semifinals.. and what is wrong with rafer? i was at the game on tuesday vs boston and the game didnt even start- rafer and rondo already had a fight~~ it seems like he brought out his "toughness"....

I forgot to mention the difference in our PG situation with everyone else....

Rafer shoots too much, he can't make a pass to a cutter to save his life, and he gambles a bunch on defense.

He is a very consistent ball handler, but there is a reason the Rockets brought in all those PGs....we still need a better one.

Look at the other teams in the playoffs and their PGs...

    1. Lakers - Derek Fisher - old but so clutch as a shooter and great defender
    2. New Orleans - Chris Paul - So good at everything.
    3. Phoenix - Steve Nash - Possibly the best PG of all time
    4. Utah - Deron Williams - About the same as CP3..which is very good
    5. San Antonio - Tony Parker - Fastest guy and best finisher in the lane
    6. Dallas - Jason Kidd - Still a great passer, and team player
    7. Golden State - Baron Davis - So explosive, wonderful player

And we have Rafer....I mean come on...the PG is the QB of your team.....and we are hoping that Rex Grossman....errrrr....Rafer Alston can lead the team anywhere....

Not gonna happen, we need a better one.
