I wonder how they plan to use Artest. Hollinger said he had some "spies" in Houston who said he might play the 4 and have Scola come off the bench. I guess they don't really know until they start playing, though. Also he brought up a point that no one else seems to be talking about. This could be good for the kings because they basically got to use an expiring contract twice. They used Artest (who was bound to leave next year anyway) to get two 1st round picks and another expiring. At the trade deadline they can use Bobby's contract for something else as we planned to do. Maybe someone could call in and ask about this, i gotta get some work done.

Though I imagine the ones who like it won't care what Houston thinks about Ron. Those who do like Ron will be the ones most upset that he has been traded.

Janero pargo for the MLE would be too much to spend. Didn't he make 2.75 mil last year? We already have Alston/Brooks and Brent Barry now. I don't want this guy for the full MLE
But at the same time, Ron Ron is an expiring in himself. If it doesn't work out, Ron Ron can be a MUCH MORE attractive trade bait than the likes of Bobby Jackson, come trade deadline.
