which is what we're doing you just happened to buy into this being an adequate deal and I disagree entirely With so many teams struggling competitively and financially brad miller, PG help that we don't need, and a guy we waive just doesn't cut it. Especially this far from the deadline. There's no way in hell 20 minutes of brad miller is an improvement over 20 minutes of Tracy when our 2 guard is clearly not a 2.
I know. That was some pretty impressive ownage. He didn't even disagree with what most people here think, in saying that he doesn't fit with the current offense. His trade scenario was also fair and reasonably well thought out. Just because people here think that other teams should line up to get raped doesn't mean that they will. We'd get our one-year, contributing rentals this way. I think that the guy made some really fair points. Judging from what others in this thread were saying, I wasn't thinking that he would either.
He is by far the MOST annoying journalsit out there. He thinks that he is better than everyone and that he has the inside track on everything. I just could ot stand him on NBA tv. He just pisses me off! I remember he was co-anchoring a live broadcast on NBA tv one night and just pissed his co-anchor off. I forget who it was.
LOL what makes people think mcgrady is done?..he was only on the floor for 7 minutes coming off the bench. And in that time it was obvious he's still capable of getting to the basket making plays or creating off the dribble better than ariza, battier and budinger. I Agree on the part with him not being such a great fit as far as being a ball stopper, but you can make the same argument about yao because of his inabilty to play the high post. Does that mean adelman will give him the cameo role?
I disagree. Adelman has issues with McGrady currently, and also had issues with Steve Francis. You take somebody like George Karl (Who is a good coach IMO) or Don Nelson, McGrady would be playing. BTW I usually side with Adelman, and I am OK with him not playing McGrady the way he has been acting.
