I believe he meant that he is not a fan of him being the 6th man for the rockets. I could be wrong though.
I love the pub for clutchfans but john and lance are not NBA guys, their football college guys. That's my opinion. You know when someone watches the games and doesn't and I think these guys would rather watch a college bowl replay rather than a Rockets game.
Did I say "Wafer"? I meant Rafer. I always add that I haven't been a big fan of Rafer's when I praise him, so it doesn't sound like I'm ignoring that fact. I don't like Rafer Alston as a starting point guard for heavy minutes with anyone, but I do think he is more useful when the team is without Tracy McGrady.
Lol, those guys are unbelivable, I DON'T AGREE AT ALL WITH THEM! 1) How can you say, let T-Mac rest and bring him back to the playoffs? So what? Do we want T-Mac out of shape? So when he says that after some hard work, than bring him back, bring back healthly Artest as well and start making a run for 2nd seed. 2) Is that team exciting to watch? Maybe. But really, if you want to make something happen, than you need to have T-Mac and you need to beat TOUGH teams, not banged up Jass... 3)DON'T TRADE RON ARTEST. Why? -Come playoffs time, he will be the key. He will be the guy we can always put on the post and we can have those points, free throws, etc. -He is a tough defender, which helps too. -Lee for Ron? Felton for Ron? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Chill out guys, LET THIS TEAM COME TOGETHER and stay healthly, I can tell you now, they will be exciting to watch. As I said, I don't agree with them at all. I'm sure i made a mistake Boss. I still don't know about trading Ron though. His toughness is contagious and we haven't needed that toughness but we will in the playoffs when our bench gets a little shaky.

John may not be as knowledgeable about basketball but Lance knows his hoops. One of the main reason they're so popular (And have been since I can remember) Is because they try to cover all of Houston sports.
You may be right, but I wouldn't know because 60% of the time I tune into their program they are talking about something unrelated to sports. And I switch to another station.
