Sorry I missed this, Jeff Who ... I had a conflict yesterday so I'm actually on today with John and Lance at 8:30am. I'll also be on with David Nuño at 12:15pm. Thanks...
LOL -- sorry to steer you guys wrong again. Since we rescheduled yesterday, they forgot about 8:30 this morning. We may be doing 10:10am and we may do 1:15pm with David. I'll let you guys know when it's finalized. Thanks again ...
So, y'all are like the Rox in late possessions with the game(s) on the line...you just need a better lead guard, is all.
OK sorry guys -- we're doing 11:15am today, and that should be final time slot. Sorry for the confusion. I hope we'll take calls DaDakota ... we'll see. I'll resume with John and Lance next Thursday at 9:15am. Was going to do 10:10am with those guys today but didn't really make sense to go on twice so close to each other.
we will take calls, only if you please don't point a gun at me... im s0 done with violence... 713.439.1560
If there are some legitimancy to the recent leaks. Could player agents be the source? Those guys do do and say things, whether true or not, on behalf of players who remain unaware. McGrady's agent knowing his player is in an allegedly hostile environment wouldn't moving him to another team solve that? Yao's agent could kill two birds with one stone. He's got two superstars in unhappy situations (Yao & Nash). Here are some thoughts. Nash had complaints over the Suns switching from "run and gun" to halfcourt sets (Rockets are doing the opposite and McGrady's complaining about that) but I think the real issue might be Shaq hogging the ball (McGrady wants ball in his hand more, Adelman wants to share the ball around). Then there's previously dismissing 2010 free agency speculation of signing with Toronto or Knicks to now talking openly about signing with those teams once his current contract is over. I can also imagine his agent staying awake at night thinking about the bigger market he can work with by pairing Nash with Yao.
TMc and Rafe and Landry for Nash and Amare and Barnes does both make sense and is a wash in $s. It is also a killer deal for both (OK, more for the Rox); a deal which sounds even better to me than Clutch spending time on the radio...
That was fun and man, I appreciate the chance to follow up Puff, that is what makes you guys the best !!!!! Vonarrific baby !!! Also, while Tmac may not actually be the leader, I think he has always BELIEVED he was the leader...and for the first time, realizes....whooopsss...it ain't me....and now it is up to how he responds...thus my Silverback comment.
