Perfect game/ending to get UH and Keenum attention. Colt had a good game against a CUSA team today at home...well, Keenum had an even better game against a CUSA team on the road.
You say look at the numbers and I say look at the system. Having better numbers doesn't mean outplayed. They play in a different system, with UH's system obviously favoring the QB to put up huge numbers. Wasn't the previous UH QB putting up huge numbers also? How come people weren't screaming Heisman for him? I imagine his numbers were better than McCoy/Bradford/Tebow as well. Seems like a double standard.
Kolb did get some Heisman talk, but UH was never ranked so that was not going to happen. BTW, Kolb was the first QB in the NFL to throw for 300 yards in his first 2 starts...pretty good for a UH system QB.
This system is the same system that was run at Oklahoma during the early 2000s for their Heisman winners. Why should that matter? Take that system garbage and go watch Sportscenter some more... because that is obviously your depth of knowledge about UH athletics. Kolb did put up good numbers, and I thought he deserved Heisman chatter (which he got a little of), but not nearly as much as Case because UH as a team is better and ranked higher and performing more consistently than when Kolb was here. But even still, Kolb wasn't as efficient as Case... Kolb didn't have these comebacks (what is this, #4 on the year?)... Kolb didn't beat BCS caliber teams... in their houses... Kolb was good... Keenum is blowing minds though. And that'll be my last reply to a hater tonight. AINT NO HIGH LIKE A COUGAR HIGH WOOOO
