    lol. He's wearing a bench shirt that restricts movement. Without that, if his pecs rip, the rest of his body on that side probably goes with it. But the shirt also helps you lift more. Kinda cheezy, but I guess it helps to not have your chest/shoulder explode while attempting to press half-a-ton.

    Not impressed at all. He didn't lift it. Some dudes were holding the bar. Check the video again. I'd like to see him lift it with 10 spotters, but no one touching the bar at all... check the guy on the right... he's holding it the whole time. :rolleyes:


    'course, i'm a weakling who doesn't know A DANG THING about lifting... hey, I just calls them as I sees them... ;)
