I was thinking about something similar to this recently, remember how much it sucked to have to walk up to your car, insert the key (right side up mind you) unlock your door, sit down, then lean all over the inside of a car the size of a yacht to unlock everyone elses doors who was tagging along for them? And if your AC didn't work, rolling down more than your own window for a breeze was another adventure in itself.
