Reason for an abortion should not affect its legality. A woman should simply have control over her body and whatever is dependent on her body. No gov't interference. When a fetus can survive without the mom, it's a different story. A woman should be able to abort a child prior to that for any reason. First off all, you really can't say what her reason is.
