No no. They're still biased toward Obama, so the fact that Romney is leading by a hair in polling means he'll win by a landslide in the election!
Exactly. If there's one thing I can tell, it's that this nation really wants Romney! They love the guy!
Obama still owns Ohio. And until Romney figures out a way to get Ohio red, he's not winning. It's that simple.

Obama doing well in the polls- "Gosh dern media is skewin' the polls for NObama!" Obama is doing poorly- "They're making him look bad in the polls to get sympathy for the second debate!"

The Marquette Law School poll shows Obama leading Romney, 49 percent to 48 percent, well within the poll's margin of error of plus-or-minus 3.4 percentage points. Only 2 percent of voters remain undecided. In late September, just before Romney's impressive performance in the first presidential debate, Obama held an 11-point lead, 53 percent to 42 percent. Likely voters are split on the president's job performance: 48 percent approve, and 48 percent disapprove. A slim majority, 52 percent, view Obama favorably, compared to 45 percent who view him unfavorably. That is slightly better than Romney's image, which is 46 percent favorable, versus 48 percent unfavorable. Forty-nine percent of Badger State voters have a favorable impression of home-state Rep. Paul Ryan, the GOP vice-presidential nominee. The poll of 870 likely voters was conducted Oct. 11-14, largely after the Oct. 11 vice presidential debate featuring Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan.
I wonder if we're going to have start an alternate sub-forum after the election and Romney has lost where basso, jopatmc, JD88 and rest of the posse can pretend like he actually won and have hypothetical debates about cabinet appointments or something.
I just find such things inherently silly. I'm sure there's people on the GARM or Dish who confidently proclaimed that Lebron would never win a ring or that Yao would return again, but no one ever called them out on a silly bet and then proclaimed they were a coward when they refused. I sure don't understand where basso gets his optimism from, but if Romney loses, I'm sure you will get to mock him plenty then. No need for a bunch of internet tough guy bets.
