Hey moe, I've got a story for you... I have a roomate that is an avid waterfowl hunter...therefore he visits several waterfowl forums, basically checking those forums more often than I do this BBS. Most of those forums probably get 5-10 new threads per day, and have a tiny fraction of the members we have here...so he is jealous of this place and the amount of posts it gets. Every now and then I'll send him or let him read some interesting or absolutely hilarious threads (usually in the hangout or Astros/Texans forum, he doesn't understand basketball all too well). Anyway, my point is, he knows probably only about 2 or 3 posters by their handle on this board, and you are one of them because of the comedy that you bring to this place. Congrats on 10,000 posts (i guess), and I've got to say I'm jealous that you found a woman on a Rockets forum that is probably 99% male. Mad props.

Back when I was dealing with this one douchebag (and posted a thread about it), R2K invited me into chat and I became friends with the guys in there...then started talking to moestavern19 on AIM, and we realized how much in common we had and how amazing our conversations were. THen this guy I had been dealing with majorly screwed me over by accusing me of ****ing this dude we both knew who worked with me...it was basically a really traumatizing experience, cause he got some of my friends to turn on me. Derek helped me sooo much through that time, and had me laughing through my tears. We're both sports nuts and movie lovers. We both like the Rockets. We both like pro football. We both love metal music like no other. We both believe in the Lord and put Him first. I like funny guys, he's the funniest guy on earth. We are constantly laughing together. I'd never had a boyfriend before, he'd never had a girlfriend. How incredibly rare these days...we were each others' first kiss (and first-lots-of-other-stuff too, bwahaha). I'm constantly amazed that he loves me, he feels the same way. We don't feel like we deserve each other. We've been so incredibly blessed, it's crazy. I never want to be with anyone else ever. Sorry, I know this probably makes a lot of people sick. I really just can't help but talk about him.
