Would be interesting to see what the divide would be if you took Young out of the poll.

I think most folks likely would be ok with any scenario of Young/top defender/trade down. I think it gets messy if Young is off the board because Stroud/Levis/Richardson spark far more debate.

I’ve said for months if we go QB this year it’s only Young for me. If not him, depends on the draft capital, but my best bet would be trade down some and still get a tier 1 player with future picks too. If trade down and Young aren’t options, I’d say take Anderson unless Wilson is higher on our board.

Would any teams really trade with us so we can trade down? It seems as if the #3 spot is the hot spot for trades....

 

If the Colts can’t get a trade lined up with Arizona, they will have to risk the Cardinals trading out to another QB hungry team and getting their guy. If they are only happy with 2 QB’s they pretty much have to trade with Carolina or us. I think both we and Arizona are in great position to trade down or keep the best defensive player available if Young is for sure the no. 1 pick. Any trade will happen on draft night for the number 2 and 3 picks.

I am okay with either Young or Anderson…. So one of my two favorites in this draft is there to be had.

both positions are of great need for the Texans.

And I think that Mills may actually shine under DeMeco Ryan’s system. But we shall see what happens, and if the Texans think alike.

 

Including us moving up to #1.
