    Nutritiondata.com is a very good website to use for calorie, macro-nutrient breakdown, and vitamins/mineral content of food.

    Acai berry is bs and all colon cleanse stuff is a gimmick. If you want to lose weight you have to figure your basal metabolic rate and multiply that by your activity factor to get your total energy expenditure per day. Then if you cut 500 calories from that total you will lose one pound per week of true weight. If you chose to cut 250 calories half a pound a week. Minimum caloric need for a man is 1500 as stated above and 1200 for women but this is never recommended. Let me know if you have any questions or PM me.
