    woot!

On the Lakers/Suns telecast, they were mentioning that Marion was disgruntled, but still playing well. Based on the hints given, I'd lean towards Marion being involved in some sort of deal.

i think it might be tmac. steve. deke for kobe

that would be the best trade ever......
    kobe >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> tmac forever

kobe is a proven championship player. yes he cries but cries to only win and has way more passion than tmac. He also knows that he is not getting younger so why waste time w/ a rebuilding team when he can go to a team where he can win a championship like the rockets

tmac is only plagued with injuries and it shows in his game thats why u don't see him drive in as much. even though he did well against the jazz most of it was done from the outside shooting like always. he is very streaky

Kobe on the other hand drives to the basket an puts his body in harms way and can score at will. I KNOW most of yall will say he is a selfish player but who does he have to play with he tries to rack up asst but they cannot just make baskets....

yao and kobe will be a better combination then kobe and shaq cuz yao has no ego he is a passive guy.

no way am i saying that im a tmac hater but if the opportunity ever came up to trade for kobe im all for it!

Maybe you didn't spend enough time coming up with your guess. I bolded all your major oversights.

Show me something that says Terry is complaining or unhappy in Dallas. He is embracing his 6a role (as Avery describes it) by all accounts.

We also have plenty of 3-point shooters and Shane Battier is far from sluggish... ever.

In general, this trade doesn't make sense for several reasons, not the least of which is the fact Dallas would be getting the short end of the deal. Mutombo is in his last season and Francis hasn't even cracked our rotation while Terry is still a key contributor on one of the best team's in the league.

Tmac played 70 games last year has his athleticism back.

And bull**** on the kobes teammates are why he doesnt have alot of assists he is a selfish **** who doesnt score in the flow of the game. See fiba instead of benefiting from passing of kidd and lebron all kobe did was take the ball from the perimter and tried to make something happen. Tmac racked up those assists with hayes deke howard rafer head while yao was injured so bull**** kobe is selfish chucker who wouldnt fit in at all with what we are trying to do **** him.

Okay, I don't know if anyone is serious about this, but if so, I really think it doesn't work at all. The diction, personality, and playfulness have nothing to do with the (otherwise wonderful) persona of Rudy T. I'm not trying to name drop, but I talked with Rudy a good bit, long ago, before he was a coach, even shot baskets with him... and the man I knew would never craft an OP-type post. Just doesn't make sense.

As much as I'm enjoying reading the speculation, I must say, I actually hate the idea of any sort of trade right now. I'm all for team improvement, but I just don't see how trading Tmac gets us anywhere closer to a championship. Really. Kobe is the best player in the NBA, but sometimes that singular dominance doesn't take a team anywhere. Now, if we're trading some role playerrs like Snyder, Francis etc, I'm all for it. Trade away Rafer while you're at it. But Tmac,Yao,James,Battier,Scola and Bonzi are keepers in my opinion.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that Kobe goes east.

this makes more sense than the other blockbuster theories.
definitely makes sense as far as sparks in our guard glut scenario...

Yeah, well it's the best guess to match enough of the conditions - Aging African, "Trade Mark", hurts rocket pockets. Obviously I wouldn't dream this up without these things - in terms of value I would say it comes close if you don't trade Diop and only Terry. Terry is embracing his 6a role, but it isn't impossible to speculate that he might feel underappreciated having Devin in front of him.

king lutha is a young piece, along with novak, brooks, landry, scola those would be tough to swallow if they were traded for a 30+ year old player. a la the barkley trade.

... setting sun, for -get this- another complaining...

Could ",for - get this-" Really mean "forget this"

not sure how that impacts the riddle, but just saying... :D
