Maybe, but you have to remember Pops lost most of his inside info when Grumpy's gang came to town. At the risk of beheadings Mum was the word for anyone privy to info.

Deke is still arguably one of the best defensive centers in the game. Plus you cant trade that leadership and veteran expirience he brings with him to the court every night. DEKE FOR PRESEDENT
