Jan. 29th? We have to wait 10 more days to hear the results of a vote that was over with yesterday. That blows. I want to know if Yao overtook Shaq.

I'm sure that they have to wait on all of the paper ballots to be sent in from the stores that have the voting displays.

Since they game is in L.A. they will some how rig the votes and put Shaq over Yao, even if all of China votes. Thats ridiculous, knowing that shaq hasnt even played much. By next season, Yao should be the dominant Center. If he continues to play like he has the past couple of games. We'll see tonight.

It occurs to me that if Yao wins over Shaq, the LA fans are going to boo like crazy when Yao is announced as the starting center. I don't think Yao's ever been booed at in his life! Even Knicks fans refuse to boo him.

    1. 27 games
    2. Brad Miller has played better than Yao.
    3. True, but that doesn't mean it's right. Remember when Vince Carter got voted in and was hurt for most of the year? It's a big deal for most of the players to make the all-star team. I think it's a shame when guys that are passed over by fans because they're not high profile guys. See Sam Cassell in years past and possibly Brad Miller this year.
    4. Yes. I even started a fan club for Rox fans in NY. I've brought a Yao bobblehead to the fan club meets.

Do Not Date girls: They make you miserable.

    3) Good laughs do not warrant dating. Drinking beer with your mates is a healthier activity

I doubt it, LA has a huge asian population and they will be out in full force cheering on their boy Yao.
    Yao will never get booed.

Maybe by a small margin, thats it. This is Miller's 6th year in the league and he's on an incredible offensive team thats surrounded by talent at all positions, you think he has to play much defense or take the load of the team on his shoulders? No way man. How many times have you seen Miller take a WIDE open jumper about 17 feet on the wing? Lots of times. All his numbers are up this year compared to his other years...only thing is, his fouls and turnovers are also up, maybe its all a product of more minutes than his sudden skill improvement. I say Yao is close offensively to Miller although Miller has the edge, but what Yao does on the defensive end more than makes up for anything Miller contributes on O. Yao is better than Miller, period.

NO doubt Yao is a better player than Miller. If you put them and let them go at it one on one, who do you think is better? C'mon! Miller will not be able to shoot over Yao and Yao will drain those hook shots over Miller. Miller is playing well under the Kings system and I do think he deserves to be in the All-Star but you can't deny Yao either. I think it's best to vote Miller in as a PF and not a Center since Shaq and Yao will take over those spots.

how? their stats are pretty even. Mabybe, Miller has been a bit more consistent than Yao. but you can also argue that Yao has played much better defense to help his team win.

I agree with Yao's defense being a bigger factor than Miller's.
But I think Yao have been very inconsistent this year, unlike Miller. The Kings have the best record without Chris Webber and the main reason is the play of Brad Miller.
