I had honestly never even heard of Harrison, Arkansas before he brought it up. He's a racist plain and simple
A guy just killed two people randomly at a hotel off 290. A kid was gunned down after a baseball game by a guy who was mad his dad didn't let him in traffic. I could go on and on and on. How about worry the **** about Houston.
I guess being able to get a gun like ordering a pizza isn’t a problem. Starting soon, I can buy a gun and carry/ conceal it without training and a permit. That is going to make it SO MUCH BETTER!
I can't speak for Houston but there is a pretty strong correlation in Minneapolis and even nationwide with a rise in crime and Defund the Police. It's been well documented by the NYT and many other sources how much of a mess that was here in Minneapolis. Does that mean that was the only or even primary reason? I don't think so but it is a fact that MPD is either not as willing or less capable of responding to crime. Just yesterday a friend was dealing with a hit and run where they driver both abandoned his car but also left an open container. It took MPD more than an hour to respond.
Not enough politicians have the balls to say we need to fundamentally change our cultures association with guns. At best we get some half-measures that won't solve much or anything at all.... clip size, waiting periods, age restrictions, background checks.... etc...etc..
Made plenty of threads about Houston Apparently when you don’t talk about the city of Houston that appeals to the mass amount of fake Rockets fans on the D&D they probably think @Carl Herrera is Named after a soccer player @Os Trigonum plus 99ers are worldwide and represent the earth you know this !!
@pgabriel made a thread about houston crime Nobody cared except for the him and the 99ers brother we care don't want to get jacked going to the galleria
I misunderstood your post. I still don't think there is a correlation. Houston is experiencing a spike in violent crime and there hasn't been any reduction in police force https://www.khou.com/article/news/c...2021/285-9bde7796-07cb-43dc-9ff7-e9c867d50790
At some point the fact that most of these suspects are young black men will become an issue. I'm surprised it hasn't become an issue in Houston yet. We have become desensitized to young black men killing each other. The violence in Houston is spreading out.
Trump offered to send help but was called racist let’s here what the residents think of their leftist controlled city
You notice when we make threads about Houston It’s pretty silent here But when you drop facts on the west and east coast or China The D&D freaks out @Rocketman95 it’s because there’s minimal Pure fans here
It’s Latino gang members doing the murders too, I remember back when Carl Landry was damn near the victim of gang initiation type murder. Open borders is letting all kinds of people with unchecked criminal history in. It is what it is
only liberals who cant and don’t use logic had no idea defunding the police would turn this country into a warzone.
As stated not being in Houston any more I can't speak so much for Houston. I suspect though that rise in crime in Houston and nationwide likely has to do with the shutdowns during the pandemic that did away with a lot of things that kept people otherwise occupied and with economic dislocations that were happening before the pandemic and were exacerbated by it. In Minneapolis there is a strong correlation with a spike in crime following the murder of George Floyd and moves to defund the police. I don't believe that is the only or the primary factor but I do think it is a factor for Minneapolis. For Chicago this seems to be a continuation of problems that started before the pandemic regarding economic issues along with problems with corruption and a lack of trust of CPD. I will admit to not studying the situation in Chicago closely.
