    i saw espn was advertising it for Latin America, but not us, will probably just get stuck with some 1 hr summry 1 week later.

    9pm est Saturday aust on espn, goes for 1 hr

    not really even worth watching

    but damn billiards, ten pin blowling, fight night and car racing is great.

    besides baseball, AFL and rugby it really is a bad time of the year for payTV sport in australia.

    very true! in fact, in all of my friends and family in the p-i, im the only true rockets fan. all of them we're fans of the bulls on the glory days then switched to the lakers on their lil dynasty run. they are such fakers.. that is what i hate about some NBA filipino fans. they are such kiss-asses to the popular and strong teams. they switch teams like a prostitute. lol. to make it worse, they claim themselves to be the "true fans" of a certain team they just kissed-ass.. feeling like they knew the team longer than anyone else.. i know im playa hatin my own country men in this section, but its all true! and i hate it so much! :mad:

    same here. matter of fact, i thought im the only flip (street-slang for filipino) here. man, im glad we have a lil filipino population here in clutch bbs.:)

    hi, I come from the Philippines and am currently studying in Canberra, Australia. I've been a Houston fan for a long time now, since the days of Moses Malone then Ralph Sampson. I've watched Akeem since his Phi Slamma days with Clyde. I've been through the ups and downs through the years. I will never forget how Akeem dominated the 1986 WC Championships and Ralph's last second winner, but was in tears a few weeks later when Houston lost in the Finals. Houston may have won 2 consecutive NBA championships in the 90s but the Twin Towers had me dreaming of a dynasty back then.

    Heya im like the 5th Melbournian!

    I always felt like i was the only rocket down here.. must of been all the bandwagon laker supporters getting to me!

    Anyway... (26/6 - 8:00pm) Thursday night on ESPN it says NBA Draft 2003 - Special.. so i guess thats it.. hope so :)

    With so many Melbourne fans.. we should start a fan club down here!

    I'm chinese,from Guangzhou China,Pacers fan since 1994,also a Rockets fan because Yao.

    Before Yao join Rockets,I think Most NBA fans in china were Lakers fans or Mavs' or Kings',Rockets didn't have many fans,even in those two champion years.
    As Yao come to Houston,many old NBA fans would like to add Rockets to their favor team list,such as me,and there're many people who never care about Basketball,now suddenly become a Rockets fan because Yao,or specify,a Yao-only fan.
    Seeing some Yao-only fans posting those "YAO-IS-GOD" threads,it bothers me.
