Don't really like it. We still don't have a guy that can go over the top of a defense. Strong is a poor mans Hopkins.
Tyler Lockett would have been a great pick...
Tbh, he is kinda reminds me of Hopkins. A good possession receiver but not a burner. I still hope the Texans find a speedster guy later in the draft.
Great pick IMO. I just find it odd however how some fans are still calling for Rick Smith's head. Most likely because the Texans went BPA instead...
If Gregory is still available in the third, do we bite?
Kinda reminds me of Jake Locker. They tried turning him into a Pocket Passer, and for the most part it didn't work. Hopefully the same happens...
WR and RB-Devin Smith and Duke Johnson
That's possible... It's also possible they could be busts or reaches. We don't know yet.
I'm all in favor of bad AFC South picks. Keep em coming!
Well, I feel even better about this pick now considering the Colts just took Dorsett.
randy, randy, randy, randy, RANDY, RANDY, RANDY, RANDY! Get it done Rick. Would be a nice fit a OLB, and he probably won't fall to the 2nd...
Wow lol. But then again if the Texans trade back into the 1st, Landon Collins is still a possibility.
Interesting. Kevin Johnson, like other Texans first round selections have been given no prior indication that the Texans have been interested in...
Does anyone prefer this pick over Perriman or Strong? I just don't get a good feeling at 16 for either of those guys.
Personally, I would have liked Alvin Dupree, but I still think this is a good pick. I give them a B+
http://www.alternet.org/11-stupid-reasons-white-people-have-rioted I wonder if they were called "thugs" too or just emotional sports fans.
It would have been REALLY scary and downright unfair if JJ ended up going to NE at 17 like they predicted.
Here is what BR has predicted for the Texans first rounders since 2011:...
I propose we start a petition to change Keuchel's first name from Dallas to Houston. He doesn't deserve to be associated with that city.
Signed. The Rockets embodied a social media swagger this year that was unmatched by no other team. [IMG]
