i agree with jopatmc. i don't get why people are saying howard is less productive off the bench either. :confused:
spurs have scouts who can spot intelligent players rather than players who are just exciting to watch.
duncan is an excellent example of a great player who's not the most gifted. sure you can say he has manu and parker. but hakeem had drexler and ellie.
if yao could EVER guide rockets to 3 championships with him being the main dude, i'd consider him greater than hakeem. if he co-captians rockets...

i don't think mcgrady cares about this matter. the team was already meant to build around yao right after he was drafted. he just needed time to grow.

true. just drive a about 200 miles and you'll be in a championship city. i rooted for the spurs last season when i was in san antonio.
