No reason to split MLE while we have our $4.2M TE available for S&T. And instead of Rasual Butler, I'd go for Jumaine Jones.

Exactly. And on offense, T-Mac's style of play makes it more suitable to describe him as a guard than SF.
McGrady & Morrison as SG/SF reminds me a lot of McGrady/Mike Miller combo from Orlando. I can see it work.
