Try calling a few pet shops, they may know of some breeders. I found an a full-blood miniature Pug for 600 through a pet shop.
You can always change the guide options to "Hide SD Duplicates", that eliminates a lot of unnecessary channel flipping.

They seem to be rehashing old commercials (E-Trade) and trying to add stuff to them, its just a bunch of crap so far.
