I went to game a game a few years ago and started yelling and the people in front of me turned around with a look on their face like "shut up".
Can't complain too much with an 11 point lead other than it could have been much higher with just some smart play.

I would go with #3 but there are a lot of "depends". Depends on if the team is the same as it is right now (could be trades or injuries)...
What would that get him? A twenty game suspension? Other players have a certain perception of him that isn't going to change by knocking someone...
