Altuve's baserunning figures are actually a lot better than Kemp's, at least if you go by BSR (which takes into consideration wSB, wGDP & UBR).
Marisnick is clearly better at the 4th outfielder role because of his superior baserunning and defense. I expect him to be on the postseason roster.
