uhh, thats still wrong, if you are talking about when a guy is shooting the basketball, if he uses most of his legs, he uses less of his arms....
u have it backwards. the higher you jump the less you need of arm strength.
hmm, seeing how he cant fully practice with the squad till an MRI is scheduled on nov 23 to clear him, should this question really be asked.

mcgrady doesnt nearly dominate the ball as much as kobe does. T-mac is a better passer than kobe, so i think he can give ariza more opportunities...
