The guy is only 8/8 with 2 TOs a game. I don't think he is an upgrade to chuck at all. I wouldn't pay more than 8-9 mill for him and I think...

I don't see the big deal (or maybe don't understand it), but the entire league owns NO and they had a vote. Someone please explain the problem...
