I agree with the article and can't really refute any of the author's points but for some reason, and maybe I'm being a homer, I don't really get...
JVG's passion for the game was infectious. It trickled down to his players and made them care much more than they would in a free-for-all system....
I hate their fans. Jazz fans are whiney, obnoxious, and crass - all qualities which rub off on their players. Screw the Jazz.
