I don't think respect has anything to do with it. He has the respect but lacks the ability to create a system. He is just not a good coach.

I'm starting to question how much work Parsons put in during the off-season.
I don't have confidence in McHale when it comes to x's and o's.

McHale still worries me as a coach. I thought he was horrible last season but had a good showing in the OKC series.
Parsons needs to get into the game. He has looked off during the preseason and it's continuing.
I am not even talking about instinctive plays though.
