Who would you say are some of the worst current coaches in the NBA? If McHale isn't one, I don't know who is.

I would be 100% behind this as well, but right now all I'm looking for is an upgrade at the position, and Jemima definitely gives us that.
That's why I included Newt Gingrich in my list of coaching upgrades.

But our system doesn't believe in that. Mid range 2's are good enough for Phil Jackson and Gregg Popovich, but not for Morey/McHale.

If they're wide open...sure. The problem is we are taking too many contested 3's, and passing up wide open mid range shots.
Alright...so name me some players on our team that you are NOT ok with them taking a mid range 2, but ARE ok with them taking a 3.
