Silas has to increase wins to save his job. He won't be a willing tank commander this season. 27-28 wins save his a$$.

Agreed. Wood was a cancer for the team. Now we can move forward and build. Rockets were going nowhere with Wood on the roster.
The choice is not Nix or Ivey. The choice is Nix + Banchero or Ivey. Banchero makes much more sense, it really isn't even that close.
