i am 5 7 and 143lbs ~ 13% BF. if i had 30 more lbs of fat...uh i sure would be obese. most girls who are 5' 6 to 5' 8 are around 125-140lbs.
100% of the NFL players shouldn't be using the BMI scale. it's made for average people..not 6% bodyfat people with 100lbs of muscle...
