d real issue is that hes paid much more than say PB but isnt doing much better at the mo. hes got till end of this season imo to prove doubters...
heat's bench have championship experience n u cant coach that. either theyre just get it or itll take time to get there
its not just him. rest of bench needs to step up or else they wont go far in playoffs if starters get injured
