Love Reed's offense so far at least, he doesn't look slow at all tbh.
C- Sengun (32) Adams (16) PF - Smith Jr (30) Eason (18) SF - Brooks (28) Whitmore (20) SG - Green (30) Sheppard (14) Amen (4) PG - FVV (32) Amen (16)
Yeah good comparison actually. A bit of Kirk Hinrich vibes too, but somewhere in between there makes sense to me.
We have so many suspect shooters already. Jalen Green and Amen Thompson are way below average 3 point shooters for their position on offense....
Reed Sheppard at #3 isn't terrible and is a nice play style combo of Steph Curry and Kirk Hinrich. Could be our backup PG for the time being.
#3? Not bad. Not sure who to get tho
That's a straw man. I said he needs to improve his shooting, not that he has to be a great shooter.
What does speed have to do with poor shooting and lack of BBIQ?
He needs to improve his shooting, otherwise his ceiling is an average starter. He doesn't have the strength or BBIQ to overcome a lack of 3-point...
How was his defense? His shooting numbers were a bit underwhelming as a Rocket, but I always suspected that was just a bit of bad luck over a...
One of these two would be great, anyone but Nikola Topic. I think he's severely overrated with the influx of Luka, and doesn't fit the Rockets...
Glad I was wrong about this team this season lol I think how they view Jalen Green going forward will be the determining factor of the team stuck...
Amen still super raw and needs a couple more years to fully develop. I'm fine with him being a 20 MPG guy off the bench for the time being, and...
Cam and Amen have way more potential now that we've seen basically no improvement from Jalen after 3 seasons.
Okay so the fact we have to giveaway our 2024 Top 4 protected pick from like 4 years ago, in a horrendous trade that made no sense, is a bit...
Rockets have been unlucky this year, they have a positive point differential. I hope they realize this is actually a decent team and keep trying...
I do like how Jabari is playing though. He is def not getting pushed off his spots as much, he's finding ways to generate offense and can at least...
I didn't say he was the problem, I said he's not a 40M+ player. Nowhere near the money we paid him.
Hopefully Harden comes back soon, so I have a team to watch that might score over 90 points in a game...
We're seeing now that Van Vleet is a glorified role player, not a 40M+ signing. Wish we had Harden instead.
