No gameplay, but OK for a reveal. Better than CG since it represents what the engine can do (and what gameplay would look like).

Welcome to a year or two ago. MG hasn't been PS exclusive for while (MGS5 was already confirmed for Xbox).
In-engine IIRC. Stated at the beginning. Didn't look like CG anyway. edit: CG with FF of course, but gameplay too. But it is a fake game.

PS4 specs came out in the reveal in February. I can tell you if you're interested.
Running on the machine, i.e, not CG. Not gameplay though (or not necessarily gameplay). Usually fairly representative of in-game cutscenes....
PS3 unveil was mostly pre-rendered videos. That's not happening here. Though their pacing and decisions aren't the best in either (so far).
I haven't checked it out, but those games they just showed have gameplay video uploaded online that Sony decided not to show during this event....
I'm used to hearing him speak, but yeah, guess Yoshida isn't the best English speaker. He is almost in too high of a position not to talk though....
