Spring Valley is pretty nice. We live in one of the newer constructions. I never really venture north of Long Point.
I live in Spring Valley and it is a great place to live. You are close to everything and the schools are great. And it is no where near the insane...
I've used them before. They did a good job but they charge around $14.
