Wondering where Vince Velasquez is on that top 100.
Wondering where DD and Rio Ruiz are.
He's much better than we all thought he would be when we drafted him, that's for sure. I thought he'd be a .265/10/65 type player. People say...
Let's see... .285 35 2B 20 HR 80 RBI 20 steals 100 walks 130 strikeouts Plus defense in RF How much is that worth? Ellsbury got 7...
Lyles had all that potential and never really lived up to it. I wonder why he started throwing less changeups because I thought it could have been...
Once you go to a 4 year college, you're only eligible to be drafted after your junior year (unless you're a soph eligible draftee)
I see alot of posts saying we can improve by 20 games, but what are the major changes going to be in our lineup for next year? I don't see many...
Given that we probably won't be competitive next year, do you give him 1 full year in the bigs or has he shown that he just can't hit major league...
Wtf? Remember when this kid was going to be our guy? I remember when he was a rookie throwing 88-90mph and now he's able to get it up to 95, but...
Huge outing for Velasquez. 6 innings 8 strikeouts and 1 ER against a lineup with Matt Kemp and top prospect Corey Seager.
Needs to learn how to strike people out to get out of jams. It's insane that someone with his stuff walks more than he strikes out.
When he was first drafted, he was all about defense and his CS% was way up there. Maybe it's his knee that's keeping him from being 100% defensively?
How much more effort does it take to scroll down past the recaps? Jeez guys cmon. I like the recaps. Keep doing it, if only to piss off all the...
Tyler Kolek was sitting 93-97mph. Not very polished though. I think Rodon is still the clear #1.
Anyone have the baseball america writeup on Jarred Cosart today (available only for subscribers)?
From watching some of his highlights (I'm on the east coast and can't watch his games), he really lacks command which is why he doesn't strike out...
That's just how BA does things. Mike Trout was POY and he definitely didn't have the best year. BA states that it's a combo of numbers and upside.
Baseball America will more than likely name Byron Buxton its POY .330 12 hr 75 rbi 50 steals 19 2B 16 3B As a 19 year old across 2 levels.
Vincent struggling in his first start in high A. Boooo
Hahah man...call up a guy who skips 2 levels and yet Springer is still in AAA. Nice.
