Dirk got his ring. His legacy is secure.
With Miami and LA beckoning? Doubtful.
This guy can't be calling anyone soft ever again. :p
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. Nothing the Rockets have done, since the season ended, fits Morey's MO.
Still think he's heading to Miami. :p
Gordon, Anderson, and (presumably D-Mo) are all going to be rotation players. What could possibly go wrong? :p
It's no secret that ownership has five boxes they want checked. In no particular order. 1. Stay under cap. 2. Have at least one star. 3....
Giving max/near max contracts to players, who can't stay healthy, is going backwards. You would think that the Rockets, after T-Mac and Yao, would...
Yeah, but the gap is closing. :p
Only one losing season! Or something like that. :p
Gross
Giving a max to a player who can't stay healthy is insane.
This is something Morey talked about years ago. There's a difference between what a player is worth and what they can get.
Better to sign a bunch of one year deals than it is to overpay Anderson. This Summer risk setting the team back years.
Uh, no. The first was mediocre, the second was just garbage. I'm guessing the third is probably even worse.
Health didn't stop Parsons from getting a max. Some is going to offer D-Mo monopoly money, and I hope it isn't the Rockets.
He's going to get offers from other teams if only to jack up his asking price.
I wonder if Llull is going to start having second thoughts once he finds out an above average guard is going to be making 30m per. :p:p:p
Lock it up! :p:p:p
Atlanta, Memphis, Portland are all having to overpay to get stars. Let's see if the Rockets do the same.
