I think harden will have a lot more say when it comes to bringing back Mchale or not.
Your assertion included the fact that Lin does not complement harden which I dont believe is accurate. You are now asking a different question....

All our guys gamble on D all the time. Asik is the fail safe for the gambling.

Because here in New York we praise Novak for his D and his ability to not disappear for entire game stretches. You can probably grab Kidd as well...
