I say Rubio because he is much younger. He has at least 10 years before his decline, whereas Paul only has about 5 years left before his decline.
The energy Lowry brings is also a spark off the bench. Both are great players who both deserve to start.

When Yao came back out after getting hurt in game 1 against the Lakers in 2009,and finished strong. That was very inspiring.
If AB is our best player,that's not good. Yao is still the leader of this team.
