There are lots of ways: if weakness in rebounding play players who can rebound, if in 3 point shooting then recruit players who can shoot etc.
I am not that kind of fan who cannot see the weaknesses of his team. Unless one recognizes his weakness he cannot fix/overcome the weakness.
A team like Rockets that live and die by 3 pointers should have few 40%+ 3 points shooters in the team... else unfortunate things bound to happen...
