Okay it is an ie6 problem. I want you to downgrade to ie5 or 5.5 and check if it works again. If it does reinstall ie6sp1 and it should work....
Also, since you use DSL, download mozilla, www.mozilla.org and check to see if it isn't just IE 6. Also what is your OS?
Have you double checked all connection settings? Be sure to double check everything. Also, try disconnecting the DSL line for a few minutes or so.
