LIkeable? Not sold. He's a guy you appreciate when he's on your team, but in general not a guy I'd define as likeable. HIs story is likeable though.
I'd argue he's a perfect fit for any team as I believe time will show him to be a complmentary player not the guy.

Big long immobile guys can still impact shots, but having good movement multilplies that efect drastically though.
Not sold on Herro either, but at the relative costs, age and health, I prefer him to KP.
