When Yao put up those 3 shots, I think his position was good. Don't know why he isn't making those shots now.

I am not sure it's the problem that he is being pushed because at least 7 missed shots are 4 - 7 foot shots.
i guess he has to "learn". he knew what that means when he played for China. But here, i would say he is learning , which is not bad.
very very good point. Think about it in another way, JVG is helping Yao to establish his place , as one of the leaders, in this team. very good...
