Seems for me at least to default to original language with subtitle but think it’s because I chose it enough times.

This is really excellent stuff from the series. Bit surprised of the lack of usual TV sites/critics not covering it at all.
Also always gets me when driving around and and someone’s blowing a bunch of junk into a major street as cars drive by.
