Rubio Closes? His TS% in clutch situations is 46.7%, which is the same as his overall terrible shooting.
Rubio's FTR is largely due to the fact he plays a lot of minutes handling the ball without taking many shots.
His missed shots mean plenty, and so do the open shots he doesn't take, and the defenders who can ignore him because he can't shoot.
