I know how hard it is to squat during basketball season. Take some xtend bcaas to recover really fast. Stack that with Creatine Monohydrate and you'll be making all kinds of gains.
I don't think basketball players are lifting for power and to max out. He's probably doing like 25 reps of that.
Warm up set or not, please tell me he didn't stop going down right there. I hope he's not one of those guys that's all proud of himself for doing half a squat.
